Addiction Assessments (ASI)
Nuview offers Addiction Severity Index (ASI) assessments by licensed and accredited substance abuse therapists. ASI assessments provide the professional opinion of a licensed substance abuse professional that can provide valuable insight to probation offers, legal professionals, court systems, and the clients themselves.
Legal consequences can come as a wakeup call for those with substance abuse disorders and represents an opportunity to intervene and correct issues that can have dangerous life-altering consequences. Addiction assessments help provide insight into the seriousness of a substance abuse issue and help guide treatment if needed.
Addiction severity assessments are accompanied by recommendations and referrals for treatment services when it is best suited for the circumstances.
Court and Probation Approved Treatment Provider Letters
NuView Treatment Center is a state-licensed drug and alcohol treatment program. We can provide clients with court and probation approved letters to provide proof of a client’s commitment, improvements, progress, and successful completion of a substance abuse program.
Our licensed and accredited treatment professionals work individually with each client to help them work through their legal obligations by providing letters and recommendations to the courts as required.
Court letters from our addiction treatment professionals help to provide the following information to the courts:
- Client Progress reports documenting improvements made while in treatment.
- Attendance records – to document a client’s commitment to attending regular treatment sessions.
- Meeting the requirements of a treatment program
- Confirmation of negative results on regular drug and alcohol screenings.
- Assessment recommendations and referrals.
Addiction Treatment in Lieu of Jail Time
Our court-ordered rehab programs offer a rehabilitation model for those who have been charged with substance abuse-related crimes.
Clients can enroll in our programs as part of a court-ordered mandate or can choose pre-trial enrollment to get ahead of mandated terms and to show an act of good faith to the courts.
