Lauren Rozells

Primary Therapist

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and addiction. With two years of experience in a mental health transitional living setting, my approach is compassionate and direct. A secure and supportive client-therapist relationship must be the core of successful therapy. In every case, I prioritize understanding each client's unique treatment goals and encourage autonomy.

I aim to empower each individual to find their voice and foster lasting skills for ongoing support during and long after therapy. As a trauma-informed yoga instructor, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques for processing and finding authenticity and humanness in the therapeutic space.

I am LGBTQIA+- and multiculturally informed, and I welcome diverse communities into my practice. No matter what the issue is, growth is possible through support, self-reflection, and sustainable action. I am looking forward to being beside you on your path to healing.
