About

I went to medical school at The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. I did internship in internal medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan in New York City. I did residency in anesthesiology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. I did fellowship in pain medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. I became board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine in 2010. Personal experience becoming addicted to drugs myself lead me to want to help other people suffering with addiction and alcoholism. Thus, I studied and became certified in addiction medicine in 2014.

My practice is divided up into the three specialties that I am certified in. Primarily, I practice Pain Management, and I do this exclusively through Advanced Spine Institute, with locations in Encino and Lancaster. I have been with this group since 2017 and I really love them.

Secondly, I am an anesthesiologist exclusively though KJD Anesthesiology Group based in Beverly Hills. I have been with this group since 2014 and they have the highest standards for patient care and safety as well as providing excellent surgical anesthesia skills with reliability.

With very much gratitude, I have been clean and sober since 2011. I attribute my success in recovery to Alcoholics Anonymous as well as those amazing healthcare professionals that guided me into recovery and continue to be there for me. They are the role models in whom I emulate my care for those currently suffering from addiction.
