
Jules earned dual master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Antioch University. With over seven years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment, she is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
During her training, Jules gained diverse clinical experience, including working with individuals struggling with trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. She has facilitated individual, group, and couples & family therapy sessions and incorporates approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients navigate challenges and foster resilience. Jules also integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and person-centered therapy into her practice, empowering clients to explore and connect with different parts of themselves while cultivating self-compassion, inner balance, and personal growth.
Jules’s practice is rooted in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward their goals. She is particularly skilled in addressing relationship dynamics, processing trauma, navigating life transitions, and supporting work-life balance. Embracing a holistic perspective, Jules focuses on the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of each client, tailoring her support to meet their unique needs.
