What Can NuView’s Mental Health Treatment Look Like in San Juan Capistrano?
Every March, San Juan Capistrano celebrates the return of the swallows to its historic mission, a tradition that has drawn visitors for generations. For anyone in town feeling weighed down by stress or worry, outpatient care offers scheduled support while the rest of your week carries on.
Weekly sessions at NuView Treatment Center, an hour and a half or more from San Juan Capistrano, can start in the evening, with morning sessions for those whose days begin later. The programs include:
- Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs)
- Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)
- Evening Intensive Outpatient Programs (Evening IOPs)
- Telehealth
Talk the logistics through with NuView's admissions staff before starting. After that, therapy and skills work come first, and medication management is available if helpful.

Why Outpatient Continuum of Mental Health Care Can Be Right for You?
Mental health treatment does not always mean checking into a facility. Today's structured outpatient care offers clinical oversight while letting you stay connected to daily life. You can maintain your studies, jobs, and go home to loved ones each day. This structure lets you practice new coping skills in real-life settings, building a stronger foundation.
Clinical reviews have found that, for cases where it is clinically appropriate, structured day treatment can produce outcomes comparable to inpatient care.
The right care is not always the most extreme option - it is what fits your needs and evolves with you.
NuView is an outpatient provider. We do not offer residential treatment or inpatient care. If your diagnosis and needs show you need a higher level of care before you can step down to outpatient options, we will connect you with resources who can offer the best recovery pathway for you.
